 The diagnostics page provides information about the system and enables the generation of a diagnostics report, which can be used to support troubleshooting. In addition, the page allows the creation of a system ID file, which can be used for transferring a software license to the system.

Transferring licenses is no longer supported in newer versions of the Charon products:

  • Charon-SSP versions 1.0.36 and higher as well as Charon-AXP/VAX versions 4.8 and higher no longer support the transfer of software licenses.
  • Newly issued software licenses are generally not transferable.
