The hostname specified in the URL used in the following sections is localhost. If the Sentinel ACC running on a different host needs to be accessed, replace localhost with the correct hostname or address.
The license solution vendor provided a new version of the Sentinel license drivers (version 7.60 and higher). The new version is included in products starting with Charon-AXP/VAX 4.9, Charon-HPA 1.10, and Charon-SSP version 3.0. The new version is also included in the latest version of the Windows standalone license drivers (at the time of writing). The following descriptions show important differences between the old and new version, where required.
