Description
The Charon Report Utility creates an HTML report file with useful information for Stromasys support team and a zip file that contains this HTML file and the configuration and log files of the virtual machines defined on the Windows server.
Installation
The Charon Report Utility is provided in the Charon product kit as a package, not installed by default. It is located under the "Reports" folder of the kit. It is also possible a download link will be provided to get the latest version from our file server.
Install the package (.msi file), this will create a shortcut on the desktop and an entry in the Windows menu under the "CHARON" folder
TODO It seems I can't force the CHARON folder with PowerShell Studio, I can only have "Stromasys" ("company name" value). Need to open a ticket
Usage
Open the executable file and click the "Generate report" button (the operation can take some time). Once completed, the .zip file has to be sent to our support team.
It must be executed "as administrator" and requires at least PowerShell 4.0 (PowerShell 5.1 recommended).
