Definition

One configuration file is required per virtual machine. It is used to store the necessary parameters to execute the remote shutdown command.

This file has usually the .ini extension and the name can be set at your convenience. We recommend of course to include the virtual machine service name in the configuration file name.

(info) The file can handle blank lines and comments (lines starting with '#')

(warning) Do not use simple or double quotes within values

(lightbulb) The template.ini file is given as an example. Copy it, uncomment all necessary lines depending on the selected mode and fill the required values
