Problem
When applying new V2C license files, the License Update Service utility reports "Update was already installed"

Solution
This means either the sequence* in which the V2C files were applied is not respected or the C2V file sent to Stromasys was not a fresh one.

To solve this:
- Generate a fresh C2V file and send it to Stromasys
- Apply the V2C files you will receive in the correct order: the format "
_fmt" file first (example: 0011_xxxxxx_27-Jan-2016_fmt.v2c) then the license update (example: 0011_xxxxxx_27-Jan-2016.v2c)
