License Update Service utility reports "update was already installed"

Problem

When applying new V2C license files, the License Update Service utility reports "Update was already installed"

Solution

This means either the sequence* in which the V2C files were applied is not respected or the C2V file sent to Stromasys was not a fresh one.

To solve this:
  1. Generate a fresh C2V file and send it to Stromasys
  2. Apply the V2C files you will receive in the correct order: the format "_fmt" file first (example: 0011_xxxxxx_27-Jan-2016_fmt.v2c) then the license update (example: 0011_xxxxxx_27-Jan-2016.v2c)


*: The sequence is defined by the four first numbers in the V2C file name
