- Check the number of allowed sessions for this license from the license view utility and the ones actually used from the Sentinel Admin Control Center. To do so, open your browser and open the page http://localhost:1947/_int_/sessions.html
- Check that there is no running emulator process on the server using the license. This could be a background process.
- Check that the license is not used by another server. This can be the case for a network license (a network license can be a red USB dongle or a Software License).
- Check that the emulator is trying to access the correct license:
- Define the license key id in the emulator parameters (configuration file) and/or
- Restrict network license access by opening the Sentinel Admin Control Center and
- unchecking the "Allow Access to Remote Licenses" box and "Broadcast Search for Remote Licenses" boxes from the "Access to Remote License Managers" tab (http://localhost:1947/_int_/config_to.html)
- setting the "Allow Access from Remote Clients" parameter to "No one" from the " Access from Remote Clients" tab (http://localhost:1947/_int_/config_from.html)
