CHARON-AXP and CHARON-VAX for Windows - no log file present in the current configuration
Problem
The CHARON Launcher reports the following error:
WARNING: no log file present in the current configuration
|
This does not prevent the emulator from running
Solution
- Check the path you've specified in the log file name is correct and the folder exists.
. If you have enabled log rotation, the final component of the "session log" parameter must be a directory, and it must not end with a backslash.
Affected products version: CHARON-VAX and CHARON-AXP for Windows starting with version 4.6.
Example:
Incorrect syntax Correct syntax set session log = "C:\CHARON\Logs\"set session log = "C:\CHARON\Logs"
