CHARON-AXP/SMA - Insufficient quota to complete the requested service

Problem

CHARON-AXP/SMA reports the following messages:

2015-08-27 06:00:03:251: CNA001: reason: Insufficient quota to complete the requested service. [1453]

2015-08-27 06:00:03:283: CNA001: starting the emulator

Solution

This bug is harmless: SMA tried to lock allocated memory to avoid Windows memory swapping for guaranteed performance in memory access, it may affect performance when swapping happens but doesn't affect emulator behavior.

Bug is solved starting with CHARON-AXP/SMA version 2.2.40. Upgrade is then required
