Problem
The OPA0 console cannot be opened when starting a Charon virtual machine and reports the following message in the log file:
20210219:095719:INFO :0:00000205:winsckio.c(4787): (2) The system cannot find the file specified. : OPA0: Failed to create application process. |
Solution
Please check putty.exe is not already running on another Windows session and connected to the console. If yes, disconnect the session.

If the emulator is a DS20 running on Charon-AXP V4.11, the ds20.exe executable file is usually in "C:\Program Files\CHARON\Build_20410\x64" so putty.exe must also be present in this folder.
