Important Change for Stromasys Partners


Warning

Dear Stromasys partner,

The product download page and other partner resources have been migrated to Freshdesk (the new Stromasys tool for handling support requrestsrequests). Access to the download resources on Confluence and your account on Confluence will be deactivated at the beginning of March 2025.

Please perform the following steps to enable your access to the new platform and the download resources:

  • Self-register (if you have not already done so) at the new Stromasys support portal: https://stromasyssupport.freshdesk.com/
  • Open a ticket via the new portal or via an email to support@stromasys.com.  In the ticket, please state the email address and the user name you used to register at the new support portal, your company name, and your access request (for which VAR resources and/or Charon product line(s) do you need download access).

Once you completed the steps above and Stromasys support has enabled your access, you will find the download resources on the new support portal page in the "Forums" section (categories "Downloads" and "Partner Resources"). You may have to reload the page or re-login to see the changes.
