Configuration parameters
The DEFPA PCI FDDI adapter emulation has only one configuration parameter:

- corresponds to the PCI bus number of the host DEFPA PCI FDDI adapter
- "device Y"
- corresponds to the PCI bus device number of the host DEFPA PCI FDDI adapter
