License Failure due to Time Skew
If the time deviation between license server and Charon host is too large, the emulator will not start and report an error similar to the following examples.

The time deviation between a VE license server and the Charon host must be less than 48 hours.
The time deviation between a Charon host with Automatic Licensing using the public AL license servers in the cloud must be less than 10 minutes.
