On installation of Software License "hasp_srw_view" utility (Linux) and "License Update Service" utility (Windows) cannot retrieve the host fingerprint C2V file: "Can not retrive the C2V (host fingerprint mode) data."

This problem happens because the "hasp_srw_view" /"License Update Service" utilities utility may be confused by already installed network-wide Software Licenses. The solution is to disable access to remote licenses using "Sentinel HASP Admin Control Center" (ACC).
