This option allows you to send all the available alerts for testing:
Hardware specs warning message Enabled
Enable or disable hardware specifications warning messages to be sent on Charon boot. Depending on Charon version, wrong messages can be sent. This is why this options prevents from sending warning alerts in case specifications warning messages are displayed in the log file.
Immediate alert on dongle removal Enabled
Enable or disable immediate alert on dongle removal. These alerts are monitored by the aksusb log monitoring which is totally independent from the Charon virtual machine log files monitoring.
Since Charon version V4.9, the license communications are checked more often than they were in previous versions.
This option, if disabled, prevents from sending too many alerts in case of dongle removal and re-connection but be aware that if Charon is not running, the removal and re-connection will not generate any alert.
Reduce WARN msgs on dongle removal
This option is valid for Charon-AXP and Charon-VAX V4.9 and above.
If enabled, it will prevent from sending too many alerts on dongle removal thus the following messages will not generate an alert:
- :0000024D:licenseman(1830): Unable to log in to the key "XXXXXXXX", feature X.
- :0000024D:licenseman(1830): HASP runtime (7): Sentinel protection key not available.
- :0000024D:licenseman(1830): Failed to login at the Sentinel HASP key: "XXXXXXXX".
