This user's guide is intended for anyone who needs to install, configure, or manage the Stromasys Charon-SSP processor/platform virtualization software based on the Marketplace image for AzureCharon-SSP images available on the Azure Cloud marketplace. A general working knowledge of PC operating systems and their conventions is expected.

Overview of the relevant documentation for Charon-SSP for Azure:

• This Getting Started Guide covers the basic installation and setup of the Charon-SSP for Azure (marketplace image) product variantCloud product variants, This appliance package contains packages contain the full software set including the underlying Linux host operating system. Interactive host operating system access is limited to a subset of commands.
• Product features, configuration, and management of the Charon-SSP cloud-specific product is covered in the /wiki/spaces/DocCHSSP420CLD/overviewproducts are covered in the general Charon-SSP User's Guide of your version (see Product Documentation and Knowledge Base).
• VE (Virtual Environment) licenses are covered in the VE License Server Guide.
• The Release Notes of your product provide important information regarding known problems and possible workarounds.
  The user's guides for the general, non cloud-specific products provide additional information, for example, about configuration file contents and about running the emulator from the command line.
